What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order handling time takes about 1 - 2 day (Mon. to Fri.) and shipping time 7 - 8 days (Mon. to Fri.) We also have an order cut-off time of 17:00 (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Check our Shipping and Delivery Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore. You are responsible for the return labels and the return costs. 

When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 14 days on your original payment method.

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you a tracking code. You can track your order using our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective product, or receive the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product. If you need to return the defective product to us, we will cover these costs.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order. You do have to pay for the return costs. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
